When you purchase G-Coin tokens, you can choose ACH transfers, or pay in cash at participating MoneyGram locations.

For ACH transfers, depending on when you initiate a transaction, it can take 5-7 business days for a transaction to be completed and reflected in your G-Coin wallet for your use. If it takes longer than that, contact us immediately at support@gcoin.com.

For using cash at participating MoneyGram locations, you will receive an email after you placed an order, and you will have 24 hours to make the payment. After 24 hours, the order will expire and you will need to place another order.

Bear in mind that when you are sending/receiving G-Coins to/from another G-Coin wallet, you should see the new balance reflected immediately thanks to the power of our blockchain technology.
